As always, Mondays are exciting when you get to link up with Tara for Monday Made It during summer! Do you have one of those "ordinary" bells in your classroom? Me too, so of course, I had to bedazzle it! (Actually I made them for my team a couple of years ago and I never made myself one, so now is the perfect time!)
You will need:
- bell
- jewels (I used the 3mm ones from Michael's)
- E6000 adhesive (very powerful stuff-be careful if you've never used it)
- cuticle stick
I have found the cuticle stick is great for grabbing those little rhinestones. I smear a small amount of E6000 on the bell and press the rhinestone down. This is a tedious process. If you want to make more than one, I recommend doing one a day-it takes a while plus the fumes are strong!
Voila! The finished product! Isn't it so shiny and sparkly?
My next Monday Made Its were actually made by buddies Amber and Tina. They had this bag embroidered for me for my birthday! They matched the font and logo from my blog exactly! I love it! But wait, there's more......
Check out this shirt! Shut up, right??!!! The front displays a high heel!
Here's the back! I was so excited when I opened these gifts! So clever!
WINNERS!!!
Congratulations to my GRAND PRIZE WINNER: the sweet Jennifer from Mrs. Laffin's Laughings. She will win the box of goodies (below), which are my "Must Haves" and her choice of item from my TPT Store.
